Information we collect on mobile
When you sign up for SMS or submit a form from a phone or tablet, we may collect your mobile telephone number, name, email address (if provided), and any other fields you voluntarily submit. We may also collect device or connection metadata that your browser or carrier transmits in the ordinary course (for example, user agent or general locale), consistent with our general Privacy Policy.
How we use mobile information
We use your mobile number and related details to send the transactional or informational messages you requested—such as tips and updates about auto insurance topics—and to comply with law. We do not sell your mobile opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to transmit messages through our service providers or as required by law.
User opt-in
You may opt in to receive mobile alerts by providing your information through the web form on our Get Timely Updates page (or other clearly labeled opt-in points we may provide). By opting in, you agree to receive mobile alerts via SMS where you have checked the SMS consent box. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. We do not use an automatic telephone dialing system to generate, store, or deliver our text messages in a manner that violates applicable law.
User opt-out
To discontinue SMS, text STOP from your mobile device. You may also text QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP to any message you receive. You will not receive further SMS unless you re-enroll.

Supported carriers (U.S. only) may include major national and regional networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider or network operator.
Security & retention
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect subscriber data. We retain information only as long as needed for the program, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, after which it may be deleted or de-identified according to internal policies.
Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect mobile information from minors.
